You can purchase Tuft and Garland Products on our Etsy site or from time to time at local craft fairs. Subscribe to our newsletter to learn when our next in person craft fair will be. To subscribe see the link at the bottom of the page.

Our garlands are machine washable in the gentle cycle with non-bleach detergents. Washing in a mesh laundry bag or inside a tied pillowcase will reduce the amount the garland will become tangled during washing.

All garlands can become tangled in the process of putting them up or taking them down, or when placed in storage, however the elastic cord on these garlands allows the garland to be un-tangled far easier than standard garland cords. In addition, our garlands will last longer if stored in the packaging they are delivered in, which is provided to prevent the crushing of the soft pom poms. If the pom-pom does get “flat” spots over time or by other means, they can be re-fluffed by gently squishing and turning them in your hand.

Yes, we do custom orders on a case-by-case basis. Our garlands and other products are hand made with supplies purchased locally. So, if the supplies in the colors that are desired, are available, we will gladly make any number or color of our products to order. Just contact us via email or phone and we will be glad to talk to you.

All of our products are handmade and reflect the time it takes to make products by hand versus by machine. Each product is a unique piece, as well, and will vary somewhat from even other products of the same color and design. In addition, our prices are based on the cost of materials, if the number of colors changes in the product, and if additional adornments are added such as beads.

Yes, Tuft and Garland offers discounts for products on our Etsy site from time to time. Products also purchased at local craft fairs are typically less expensive due to removal of shipping and handling fees. It can take up to two weeks for a non-custom US order to be delivered. Delivery time variability is based on postal services to your area. Every effort is made to make sure our customers get the products they have purchased. On rare occasion an order may be delayed or not received. If Tuft and Garland are aware of the delay, you will be sent an email right away letting you know of the delay and actions that can be taken. If an item is not received in the expected time frame, please contact us via the adjacent contact form or directly though our Etsy site. We will be glad to work with you to get your product to you.

It is our goal for our customers to be satisfied with their purchases.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we want to know and will work with you to resolve the issue.

You have 21 calendar days to return an item purchased from Tuft and Garland from the date you purchased it.  Tuft and Garland is not responsible for paying return shipping costs and initial shipping costs are non­refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging and must include a copy of the original packing list sent with the item which includes your contact email. Once an item is received back Tuft and Garland will contact you via the email provided to either process a refund or discuss items for exchange.
